Regular Membership Application
You have almost completed six months of Associate Membership! I am
enclosing this application for Regular Membership should you decide to
apply. All Associate Members may apply for Regular Membership after completing
six (6) months of Associate Membership so that they may assume Regular
Membership status at the six month mark. Along with this application, I
have sent to you a copy of the club Constitution, Bylaws and Appendices.
Please take the time to review them before submitting your application.
Please answer the questions below in your message. Your updated address
and telephone number will be kept strictly confidential; all other required
information is used by the Membership Committee to determine eligibility
and will be shared with the membership.
The secretary will notify you of the membership decision regarding your
application. Within 30 days of a positive notification, please send a
check for $15 dues to the Club Treasurer. If you have any questions about
the application process, please contact any of the Officers of the club.

Cattery Name (if registered in multiple associations include all).
Are you currently breeding cats? If so, what breed(s) and for how long?
Are you currently showing cats in CFA? If so, what breed(s) and for
how long? (this applies to cats shown in Championship, Premiership, Kitten,
Provisional, and Household Pet classes)
How many CFA shows have you participated in as an exhibitor, judge,
clerk, or show committee member in CFA in the last year? Please send the
Treasurer [insert address of Treasurer]a copy of the page of the catalogs
showing your entry information and the name and date of the show for four
of those shows in which your cat was present and you exhibited it, or a
statement from the show secretary verifying that you exhibited a cat, or
a copy of the catalog page(s) listing you as a judge, clerk, or show committee
member for any of those four shows. Please do this as soon as possible,
as your application cannot be processed without proof of your involvement
in at least four shows.
Please also include a statement from a show manager detailing your involvement
in show production of one additional show if you have not been involved
in the production of an Internet Cat Club show during your time as an Associate
Member.
Have you registered and/or shown cats in associations other than CFA?
If so, which registries and for how long? Approximately what percentage
of your exhibiting has been in CFA as compared to all registries in the
last year? How many non-CFA shows did you attend in the last year?
What other CFA clubs do you belong to, if any? What level of involvement
do you have in each club?
What other involvement in CFA do you have, if any? This includes Breed
Council membership, participation in the CFA Clerking Program, and the
like.
Have you become or are you planning to become an officer, judge of employee
of another registry?
